Call for Case Studies for the 2027 STP Annual Symposium
Mystery Slide Session
Drs. Emily King, Mee Ja Sula, and Victoria Laast, Co-chairs of the 2027 Annual Symposium Mystery Slide Session, invite STP members to submit interesting toxicologic and comparative pathology oncology cases from rodent and non-rodent species for consideration in the session.
Selected case presenters will be allotted 15-20 minutes to review the relevant pathologic findings, discuss case workup, comment on pathogeneses, and field questions from the audience.
We encourage you to share interesting oncology-focused cases for this session. Preference will be given to cases that include correlating clinical pathology findings.
Please email a one-page submission (not including images) to Emily King and include the following:
- Short title with diagnosis
- Submitter/presenter names, institution, and position
- Signalment and brief history
- Gross, relevant clinical pathology, and microscopic findings
- Maximum of 8 quality images (histology with or without gross/special stains/IHC) that represent the lesion(s)
