On Saturday, February 11th, we celebrate the International Day of Women & Girls in Science to recognize their contribution to science as we continue to make strides toward increased representation for women and girls in science via educational opportunities, scientific preparation and participation.

Thank you to our members that submitted photos for our collage; it is a nice tribute to our past, present and future.

I love to share what I do, what it entails and the science around it. At that event on-site, I did it all day with family of employees. We were a great team, many were women and we could show how women can have a positive influence in the science field. ~ Agathe Bédard

In 2020 I homeschooled my 4th grade daughter, and she had a blast looking at slides under my scope and learning about the human body. Our cat, Bodhi, joined in the lesson. ~ Lauren Richey

My daughter is currently an undergraduate at U of Penn who LOVES science - the photo is from her summer internship at a major pharmaceutical research laboratory. ~Sean Troth
