Things to Do Before Traveling to Austin
We are looking forward to seeing you in Austin for the STP 41st Annual Symposium. Below you will find a list of items you may find useful as you prepare for the meeting.

Download the Cvent Events mobile app from your app marketplace and search for STP 41st Annual Symposium.

Annual Meeting Materials
The Final Program, Poster Abstracts, Meeting Publications and Handouts, and CE Course Materials (for CE Registrants) are now available on the Meeting Materials page (also accessible from the Scientific Program drop down menu on the Annual Meeting website). You will be prompted to login with your email and password.
CE Course Registrants
The course materials, which are provided in electronic format only, are now available online to view, download and print. Login to the Meeting Materials page and scroll down to the CE Course Materials section to access your course book. The course book is password protected and is only accessible to those currently registered for the Course.
Health and Safety
STP is committed to the safety of our members and guests during the upcoming Annual Symposium. STP will require all in-person attendees and guests to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination or negative COVID-19 test result via CVENT HEALTH CHECK powered by ID.me in order to secure their badge and participate in the meeting activities in Austin. Please follow these instructions to complete your verification.
Registration Desk Hours and Location
The STP Registration Desk will be located on the Moontower Foyer (Level 2) at the Austin Marriott Downtown. You may pick up your registration materials during the registration hours. CE Registrants are encouraged to pick up their badges by Sunday morning to avoid any delays for the Sunday afternoon course.

Plan Your Excursions
If you like to plan ahead, a great list of sites and links to things to do in Austin is available on the Annual Symposium About Austin webpage. The concierges at the Austin Marriott Downtown Hotel will also be able to help you plan outings for your free time.
Restaurants

Weather
Summertime in Austin means warm nights, bright lights and live concerts. The average high temperature for June is 92° F and the average low is 72° F. For an up-to-date, detailed weather forecast, visit the National Weather Service. STP suggests wearing layers of clothing in case of air-conditioned session rooms and an umbrella in the event of rain outdoors.
Wi-Fi Options
Complimentary wireless internet is available in the lobby level of the Austin Marriott Downtown and on meeting space Levels 2-4 and Level 6. To connect in the meeting space utilize the ‘MarriottBonvoy_Conference’ network. No password is needed. Complimentary internet access is also provided in the guest rooms of the hotel when booking within the STP room block.
